Can you see the falls from your rooms?
Absolutely! Our Fallsview rooms offer a full and unobstructed view of both the American and Canadian falls from any floor. Guests staying on the City view side of the hotel have a spectacular view from each elevator lobby, our Fallsview restaurant, Milestones as well as our observation terrace.

What kind of I.D. do I need to enter Canada?
AS OF JUNE 1, 2009:
U.S. citizens will be required to present documents for re-entry into the United States by land or sea from Canada. For details, please click here.

How long can I expect to wait at the border coming into Canada?
Border crossing wait times depends entirely on the volume of traffic crossing a given time. With new expansions and the increased number of Customs Agents, any wait should be minimal.

How do I change my money over to Canadian dollars?
Prior to arriving in Canada we advise that you change your money over to Canadian funds through a bank. Most businesses in Niagara Falls accept the US dollar, however the rate of exchange varies from business to business.
There are currency exchange centers located in and around the city and of course you may want to use your credit card for large expenditures, we recommend contacting you credit card Company to compare exchange rates.

Can I use my US postage stamps in Canada?
No. When posting mail from Canada, Canadian postage must be used. The cost for stamps are 57 cents within Canada, 1.00 dollar to the United States and 1.70 cents for overseas. Postage may be purchased through the front desk here at the hotel.

What is the drinking age?
In Ontario the legal drinking age is 19.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check in is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. Check out is at 12:00 p.m. should you require an earlier check in or a later departure we will do our best to accommodate you, please let our agents know.

What is the closest airport to you and do you have shuttle service to and from?
The closest U. S. airport is the Buffalo Airport, approximately a 45 minute drive. The closest Canadian international airports are the Toronto airport, approximately 1 hour drive and the Hamilton International airport, approximately one half hour. We do not have a shuttle service direct from the hotel however we do recommend 5-0 Taxi which is a local service.
